We've been very busy lately with 5 consultations and 3 vacant home stagings in the last 3 weeks. Business is great, however, buying and acquiring new furniture for all these homes is quite challenging since all of our current inventory is already in vacant homes. We've received most of these jobs from referrals of Realtors that are showing the homes and are impressed with the quality of our work!
My daughter and son-in-law put their lovely home on the market recently and it received an offer within 10 days for full asking price. These are some pictures of the "staged" home, although all the furnishings were their own. Great job guys!
My daughter, Regina, and I went to Round Top today to shop for staging inventory and other goodies! It was a beautiful day and we had a great time! One of the above pictures is of the "loot" she found.
